Loon Meadow Farm
is located on Loon Meadow Drive in Norfolk, a quaint village
located in the beautiful Litchfield Hills region of the southern
Berkshires in northwest Connecticut. Norfolk borders
Massachusetts and is very convenient to the southern Berkshire region.
Loon Meadow Farm is owned and operated by Steve and Beth Podhajecki
and encompasses 20 acres.
Home to several Percheron carriage horses as well as a variety of ponies
used for pony rides,
Loon Meadow Farm's Horse & Carriage Livery has provided horsedrawn rides
and pony rides throughout Connecticut and its surrounding states for two
decades. In 2002 Loon Meadow Farm created the Berkshire Carriage Company,
an affiliate of Loon Meadow Farm, to better serve that area. The Berkshire
Carriage Company provides horsedrawn vehicles throughout western and central
Massachusetts.

SUMMER
Norfolk is home to the Yale University summer school of music and art,
