Loon Meadow Farm is home to Percheron draft horses, Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats, a Llama, chickens and a flock of Jacobs Sheep!

Our knowledgeable staff can educate your group
and answer any questions regarding the animals.

Have you ever seen a sheep with four or six horns, miniature dairy goats or listened to a Llama hum?

Jacob's "coat of many colors" is said to have been made from the wool of Jacobs sheep, known for their multi colored coats and multiple pairs of horns.



Our latest arrivals born this spring are twin Rams with four horns each and "Sugarbaby" a Ewe with six horns, seen at right at 1 week old. Their proud dad is pictured above.



At left is Freckles, a mature Nigerian Dwarf buck goat, they are native to West Africa, and are of the smallest breeds of dariy goats having an average height of 18 - 20 inches tall! One of our ewes, Snowdrop, is a new mom. An adorable little Doe, Liberty Belle was born on July 4^th.
